Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for orders where the customer changes their mind.
However, if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the issue. We will review the issue and, if deemed a defect, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Exchange / Return - To ensure customers receive only brand new bags, typically do not allow any bags to return to our shop once we ship them out.
Cancellations -
No cancellations or returns on Custom Bag sets.
Once the order is placed is when the set of bags goes into production process.
Orders cannot be canceled once you have received tracking information.
